До реализации проекта у Заказчика не было единого описанного бизнес-процесса, регламентирующего взаимодействия перевозчика и контрагента и оформления заказа на перевозку/перевалку в транспортных филиалах Компании.
В рамках проекта реализована автоматизация процессов бронирования и выкупа мест для перевозки контейнеров на рейсах морского и речного флота. Основными участниками данного процесса являются ответственные сотрудники Мурманского транспортного филиала и Красноярского транспортного узла, а также контрагенты (физические и юридические лица).
Разработка единого автоматизированного решения, помимо автоматизации процесса, позволила (где это возможно) унифицировать и стандартизировать данный бизнес-процесс.
Интеграция Портала с информационной системой SAP ERP позволила:
- систематизировать информацию о фактах хозяйственной жизни Компании
- составлять и выдавать информацию, необходимую для составления финансовой отчетности
- ускорить процесс сбора и обработки информации
- снизить затраты, связанные с формированием финансовой отчетности.

Achieved goals and KPIs based on the results of the work performed
Before the project implementation the Customer did not have a unified described business process, which regulated the interaction of carrier and counterparty and execution of order for transportation/transshipment in the transport branches of the Company.
Within the framework of the project the automation of the processes of booking and redemption of places for transportation of containers on sea and river fleet voyages was implemented. The main participants of this process are responsible employees of the Murmansk Transport Branch and Krasnoyarsk Transport Hub, as well as counterparties (individuals and legal entities).
Development of a single automated solution, in addition to automating the process, allowed (where possible) to unify and standardize this business process.
Integration of the Portal with the SAP ERP information system allowed
- to systematize information on the facts of economic life of the Company
- to prepare and provide information necessary for the preparation of financial statements
- speed up the process of collecting and processing information
- reduce costs associated with the preparation of financial statements

1. Development and launch of automated system - portal for booking and redemption by contractors of seats for transportation of containers on sea and river dry cargo vessels.
2. Automation of manual processes and reduction of time of the Company's employees for placing and maintaining orders.
3. Enabling remote purchase of services by counterparties.
4. Description and implementation of tasks, the solution of which is necessary to determine and agree on: mechanisms and procedures for the implementation of integration interaction, integrated business processes and corresponding information flows, information security requirements for integration interaction.

The aim of the project is to provide the counterparty with a tool for booking and buying space or providing transport-forwarding services (TEO) for container transportation on the Company's sea dry-cargo and river vessels during transportation from Murmansk, Arkhangelsk, Krasnoyarsk to Dudinka and back, by simplifying the procedure and reducing counterparty time for searching necessary information and/or placing order, by implementing intuitive user-friendly interface, high-quality and modern graphics, timely updating information

Цель проекта - предоставление контрагенту инструмента для бронирования и выкупа места или предоставления услуг транспортно-экспедиторского обслуживания (ТЭО) для перевозки контейнеров на рейсах морских сухогрузных и речных судов Компании при перевозках из Мурманска, Архангельска, Красноярска в Дудинку и обратно, за счет упрощения процедуры и сокращения времени контрагента на поиск необходимой информации и/или оформление заказа, путем реализации интуинтивно-понятного интерфейса, качественной и современной графики, своевременного обновления информации, а так же интеграция портала с системой SAP ERP.
