В результате разработки и запуска Заказчик получил сайт с высоким уровнем юзабилити и стильным современным дизайном.

Сейчас АРТВЕЛЛ выполняет его техническое обслуживание с целью автоматического мониторинга работоспособности сайта и доступ к статистике данной системы. Заказчик получает уведомления на электронные адреса.

Objective:
To create a user-friendly website which reflects the divisional structure of the company's business, allowing the representatives of the target audience to find the necessary information about the company as a whole, its subsidiaries, and different types of products in a minimal amount of time.
Tasks and their solution
The tasks for creating the website:
- Creating the most understandable site structure (site navigation).
- Create a site structure that makes it easier to find information about each of Mechel PAO's enterprises in Internet search engines.
- Visual representation of Mechel PAO's divisional business structure (main areas of activity).
- Ability to quickly access information on the division of interest, as well as information important for investors and press service information.
- Possibility to quickly find the necessary information, including information on each of the enterprises and products/services produced.
- Visible representation of Mechel PAO's sales network and opportunities to order products.
- Informing target audiences about material facts in Mechel PAO's activities.
- Optimization of website pages' content, allowing to ensure that key requests in search engines reach 1-10 positions (depending on the request).

In the process of technical maintenance and operation of the Website the Contractor shall perform the following works aimed at maintaining the functioning and operability of the Website:
- monitoring the availability of the Site in 24/7 mode;
- diagnostics and adjustment of the server software;
- server troubleshooting (diagnostics of the state, installation of updates, configuration of parameters)
- system maintenance and servicing of servers (monitoring the state of the hardware and system software (hereinafter - software), installation of updates of current software versions, configuration of operating system parameters) through the interactive panel for hosting and/or SSH-access
- maintenance of the Database Management System (hereinafter referred to as DBMS; DBMS state monitoring, installation of DBMS updates, configuration of DBMS parameters);
- system maintenance of databases (database backup, restoration of databases from an archive copy (backup), checking and restoring data integrity);
- setting up the parameters of the Site server applications;
- restoration of the Site operability;
- checking the data array for consistency and integrity;
- providing of 24/7 automated performance monitoring of the Site, such as availability of the Site pages, free access to information, response time when accessing the Site pages, availability and duration of technological pauses in operation.

Now ARTWELL performs its technical maintenance in order to automatically monitor the performance of the site and access to the statistics of the system. The Customer receives notifications to e-mail addresses.

- Возможность быстрого перехода к информации по интересующему дивизиону, а также к существенной для инвесторов информации, информации пресс-службы.
- Возможность быстрого поиска необходимой информации, включая информацию по каждому из предприятий и выпускаемой продукции/предоставляемым услугам.

В процессе технического сопровождения и эксплуатации Сайта Исполнитель выполняет следующие работы, направленные на поддержание функционирования и работоспособности Сайта:
 мониторинг доступности Сайта в режиме 24/7;
 диагностика и настройка серверного программного обеспечения;
 сообщение о неполадке серверов (диагностика состояния, установка обновлений, конфигурирование параметров);
 системное сопровождение и обслуживание серверов (мониторинг состояния аппаратного и системного программного обеспечения (далее - ПО), установка обновлений текущих версий ПО, конфигурирование параметров операционный системы) посредством интерактивной панели доступа к хостингу и/или SSH-доступа;
 сопровождение Системы управления базами данных (далее – СУБД; мониторинг состояния СУБД, установка обновлений СУБД, конфигурирование параметров СУБД);
 системное сопровождение баз данных (резервное копирование баз данных, восстановление баз данных из архивной копии (backup), проверка и восстановление целостности данных);
 настройка параметров серверных приложений Сайта;
 восстановление работоспособности Сайта;
 проверка массива данных на непротиворечивость и целостность;
 по обеспечению в режиме 24 часа 7 дней в неделю организации автоматизированного мониторинга технических характеристик работы Сайта, таких как доступность страниц Сайта, возможность свободного доступа к информации, время отклика при обращении к страницам Сайта, наличие и длительность технологических перерывов в работе.
