Open Academy (project of the «Otkritie» bank) is a platform for entrepreneurs with focus on their businesses digitalization. The focus is based on the complex exclusive survey named Business Digitalization Index. According to the study, less than 35% are ready for business processes digitalization, however more than 70% agree that leverage and integration of digital tools can help them to optimize daily business tasks. The barriers preventing the enlarging of business digitalization: fears of unknowing and unpredictable impact, fear of losing money, previous negative experience.
Project objective is to explain to entrepreneurs who are not good at digital terms the advantages of digital business model in a clear and comprehensive way.
The target audience for the Open Academy is micro and small business, self-employed and people who wish to become an entrepreneur in nearest feature as well.
Communication with platform users take place within web platform and mobile application.
There are two parts in the platform

The main advantages of the online magazine are free access, a brief and clear explanation of materials and terms, speakers are always real entrepreneurs who share their experience and screw-ups, and tell truthful stories about the creation of their companies.
Business courses consist of modules and short video lessons where speakers-entrepreneurs talk briefly about their business optimization by integration of digital tools. Each lesson has additional materials, checklists, instructions that allow to implement received knowledge. These materials are available for download and sending by email.
