We started with 444 followers in April 2020 and reached over 10,000 subscribers so far. ER metrics are truly exceptional hitting over 25% on ERR.
In July we made a truly revolutionary move introducing an internal currency called Burcoin ('Burlakov's coin'). The currency aims to stimulate subscribers to compete in activities, like voting, likes, comments, and fuel engagement and awareness via closed stories watch etc. We pursued some kind of elite status allowing the subsribers to become 'millionaires' which effectively leads to forming 'a council of the masters'. This resulted in ERR growth of 50% and cemented the core of followers.

Denis Burlakov is a visionary businessman who is also a dedicated sportsman, and a loving husband who fathered three amazing children. He has a lot to say to younger professionals around the world, students, entrepreneurs and all those who aim for the better world for future generations. We help delivering the message.

The task was a rather interesting one: we had to address a very specific mixed audience that, on one hand, had to understand Denis' extraordinary business experience and professionalism, and on the other was introduced to his family, children and travelling experience. We had to portrait a balanced figure with all angles on his personality presented equally and fairly. To do so, a set of very smartly customized measures had to be taken.

First of all, we have put significant effort into post layouts and design, wording and styling. We did over 15 different A/B tests to define themes and lines that create the most subscribers' feedback and engagement: StartUP school, Business Case, different forms of advisory, breaking down and studying business books.

We've tested different forms of video stories and stories cycles, and have been consistent in developing in-topic stories and that helped creating a commentators core in each and every discussion line. As a result, we currently enjoy a very tight yet growing community of followers with ERR of over 25%, something unseen with the peer group.
