Мы помогли Spherical с запуском проекта — теперь у него есть свое лицо: логотип, фирменный стиль, сайт и презентации.

Spherical Inventory Compiler запущен. И мы продолжаем работу над интерфейсами системы учета и международной отчетности по выбросам парниковых газов National Inventory System.

И конечно, занимаемся полной дизайн-поддержкой проекта.



We helped Spherical to launch their project – it now has its own “face”: the logo, brand identity, the website, and presentations.

Spherical Inventory Compile launched. We continue to work on National Inventory System’s interfaces and provide full design support for the project.

Бизнес-задача и ее решение

Глобальная задача заключалась в проектировании интерфейсов системы Spherical.

Но вся работа состоит из двух частей:

1. Создание и оформление MVP на этапе запуска стартапа: логотип, фирменный стиль, промо-сайт, презентация — все, чтобы подготовиться к важным переговорам на конференции ООН в Марракеше
2. Разработка UX и UI-решений для системы, полная дизайн-поддержка.

ЛОГОТИП
В качестве основного элемента при построении логотипа мы выбрали сферу — название Spherical располагает. А для текстовой части — доработали начертания выбранного геометрического шрифта. Система предназначена для борьбы с изменением климата, это навело нас на мысли о чистой воде в движении, о картографическом срезе данных и биосфере. Spherical разрабатывает сложную систему учета. Мы хотели отразить и это, поэтому в финальном варианте вписали в сферу квадратные грани, каждая из которых символизирует часть проекта.

ФИРМЕННЫЙ СТИЛЬ
На основе логотипа мы разработали фирменный стиль компании.

ПРОМО-САЙТ
Сайт ориентирован на узкоспециализированную аудиторию. Поэтому цель — показать экспертный уровень создателей spherical представителям правительственных учреждений и некоммерческих организаций со всего мира, коротко рассказать о продукте и о пользе, которую он принесет.

СОФТ
Параллельно с этим мы работали над стилем и интерфейсом экранов для программ Spherical Inventory Compiler и National Inventory System.



Our main task was to design the system interfaces.

There were two core challenges we were tasked with overcoming:

1. We have designed and finalized the MVP at the startup’s launch stage: logo, brand identity, website, and presentation – all the necessary bits to get ready for the essential negotiations at a conference in Marrakesh.
2. UX & UI solutions development, full design support.


LOGO
Working on Spherical logo, we decided to use a sphere as its main element (the name says it all).
And for the text part we’ve modified letterforms’ arrangements of the selected geometric typeface. As the software is designed to fight climate change, this brought us to the idea of clear water in motion, cartographic data, and biosphere. Spherical works on developing a complex inventory system. We wanted their logo to also reflect this. So, in the final version, we’ve added square edges into the sphere. Each of them symbolizes part of the project.

BRAND IDENTITY
Based on the logo, we’ve developed the company’s brand identity.

WEBSITE
The site is focused on a very narrow, specific audience. Therefore, the goal was to demonstrate the representatives of government agencies and non-profit organizations from around the world the expert knowledge of Spherical founders, to briefly talk about the product and to explain its benefits to the audience.

SOFTWARE
At the same time, we worked on the style and screens interface for Spherical Inventory Compiler and National Inventory System programs. We also designed an icon for Spherical Inventory Compiler app in the form of a sphere refracting the rays.

Spherical — это немецкий стартап, работающий с правительственными организациями по всему миру. Они занимаются разработкой IT-системы учета и международной отчетности по выбросам парниковых газов. И имеют глобальную цель — спасение планеты от угрожающих ей экологических катастроф.

Как спасти планету?
С мая 2017 продукт Spherical помогает правительствам стран-членов ООН бороться с изменением климата на планете.
Ежегодно страны ООН отчитываются о выбросах парниковых газов. У каждой страны свой подход к учету, базы данных, таблицы в Excel. Эксперты ООН вынужденно несут большие трудозатраты, проверяя и сводя информацию в единую базу. Ежегодно страны присылают в ООН данные по 20 тысячам параметров, включая правки отчетов прошлых лет.

Spherical поможет странам собирать данные из разных источников, визуализировать аналитику и готовить отчеты по стандартам ООН.

В рамках нашего сотрудничества со Spherical мы отвечаем за все дизайн-решения: на старте помогли разработать стиль, логотип, презентации и запустили промо-сайт https://www.spherical.pm/

Spherical is a German startup working with governmental agencies all around the world.
The product is IT systems for greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventory and international reporting.
The project’s goal is saving the planet from ecological disaster.

How to save the planet?
Since May 2017, Spherical’s product is helping the UN member states’ governments to combat climate change on our planet. Spherical helps to reduce GHG emissions levels in the atmosphere.
Under UNFCCC – the UN climate change convention, all member states are required to report to the UN on their greenhouse emissions annually. Each country has their own inventory approach, databases and Excel tables. The UN experts are forced to spend more time checking and putting all the information into a single database. Every year countries submit their data on 20 thousand parameters to the UN, including amendments to the previous years’ reports.

Spherical can help the countries collect data from various sources, visualize analytics and prepare their reports to meet the UN standards.

JetStyle people are awesome. They are super-motivated and bright-eyed - from developers and designers and all the way to the legal department! It was easy and pleasant to work with them.
They readily shared their expertise, were attentive to my requirements, absorbed new information and steered course of action to our needs.
Their designers are real wizards: I am still amazed at how they handled the task to create an icon for “Livestock Database”. How on Earth do you draw it?? — and they just did!
The presentation slides from JetStyle were a smashing success when we presented them to delegates from all over the world in an international climate change conference. All of them asked to send them the slides - and I have a feeling that it wasn’t just about content, people also wanted to bring home some of JetStyle’s art as well!
