Бизнес-задача и ее решение

Приложение собирает заявки, позволяет эффективно обрабатывать их, вести контроль исполнения и учет оборудования, без привязки к рабочему месту.

Для удаленного доступа мы предусмотрели настройки синхронизации, в приложении удобная фильтрация и сортировка тикетов, комментариев; поиск тикетов по 4 критериям и возможность поиска офлайн, вывод новых атрибутов в заявках.

У клиента была веб-версия решения. Однако существующие методы в backend-части, разработанные ранее, не покрывали задуманный функционал. Методы были доработаны командой клиента в тесном взаимодействии с техническими специалистами нашей компании.

Мы проанализировали техническое задание, предложили доработки, разработали решение на Flutter для сокращения сроков и расходов на нативную разработку для разных платформ. В итоге получилось мобильное приложение, работать с которым гораздо проще и эффективнее.


The application collects applications, allows you to process them efficiently, monitor the execution and the inventory of equipment. Thanks to the automation of the process, the speed of eliminating equipment breakdowns or the delivery of spare parts is reduced several times. To increase the efficiency of work, it is important for the customer to automate the process of repairing equipment, making it convenient and fast. We provided mobile incident handling with the option to account for equipment and collect tasks from the network employees. The client had a web version of the solution. But there were methods in the backend part, developed earlier, that didn`t cover the required range of functions/ features .
The methods were refined by the team of the backend department of our company in cooperation with the customer's technical specialists. We analyzed the technical specification, offered improvements, and developed a Flutter solution to reduce the time and cost of native development for different platforms. As a result, it is a mobile app that is much easier and more efficient to work with.

The functionality of the mobile application includes:
— closing applications without the necessity to log in from the workplace only;
— controlling the priority of handling applications;
— inventory of the equipment involved in the applications;
— synchronization settings;
— filtering and sorting tickets, comments;
— search for tickets by 4 criteria and the option to search offline;
— output of new or other attributes in applications;
— push notifications with links to tickets;
— progress bar for ticket loading.

The Outcomes
— Mobile incident processing was provided with the ability to account for equipment and collect tasks from employees.
— The mobile app allowed the client to reduce the time for solving applications by 20%.
— Mobile development on Flutter has reduced by 50% the costs and implementation time of the application, as well as support for the functionality in the future.

The application was developed for the employees of the Information technology department of branches to automate the collection of applications for repair or replacement of equipment.
