Бизнес-задача и ее решение

Основная задача состояла в создании проекта, в котором клиентам удобно было бы создавать заказы и выбирать исполнителей, а работникам - искать для себя задачи и договариваться о всех нюансах.

В приложении есть 2 роли: Заказчик и Исполнитель. Заказчик может создать задачу, заполнив форму, а Исполнитель - взять это задание в работу и назначить свою цену. Всё взаимодействие по задаче между Заказчиком и Исполнителем происходит в приложении. Сервис берет комиссию за выполнение заданий с работника в момент, когда его выбирает клиент, и за создание задачи.

Важная часть приложения - конструктор заданий. При их создании клиент выбирает нужную категорию. Так как нужды у заказчика могут быть самые разные - от починки автомобиля до уборки участка - мы подготовили различные комбинации полей для заполнения под каждый тип задач. К примеру, для уборки будет важна квадратура площади, а для ремонта машины - марка и другие детали. При этом мы разработали также конструктор шаблонов, чтобы в будущем компания легко смогла добавлять новые категории задач с разными информационными полями.

Заказчик может как выбрать исполнителя через приложение, так и включить опцию, при которой исполнители будут звонить ему сами и предлагать свои услуги. При этом некоторые клиенты и сами иногда выполняют задачи в приложении, поэтому в проект добавлена возможность удобно переключаться между двумя ролями.

Продукт большой и масштабный, поэтому мы выбрали микросервисную архитектуру, которая позволит масштабировать проект без потери производительности. Среди преимуществ такого подхода: идентичный технологический стек и структура у всех сервисов, широкие возможности для децентрализации, независимое развертывание и многое другое.

The main task was to create an app in which it would be convenient for clients to create orders and choose performers, and for service providers - to look for tasks and agree on all the nuances.

There are 2 roles in the application: Customer and Contractor. The customer can create a task by filling out the form, and the Contractor can take this task and set his own price. All interaction on the task between the Customer and the Contractor takes place in the application. The service charges commission for completing tasks from the employee at the moment when the client chooses him/her, and for creating a task.

An important part of the application is the task constructor. Client selects the desired category when he/she creates a task. Since the needs of the customer can be very different - from repairing the car to cleaning the site - we have prepared various combinations of fields to fill in for each type of task. For example, the square of the area will be important for cleaning, and the brand and other details for the car repairing. At the same time, we have also developed a template builder so that in the future the client can easily add new categories of tasks with different information fields.

The client can either select a performer through the application, or enable the option, in which performers will call back and offer their services. At the same time, some clients sometimes complete the tasks in the application as service providers, therefore the ability to conveniently switch between the two roles has been added to the project.

The product is large and large-scale, so we chose a microservice architecture that will scale the project without sacrificing performance. Among the advantages of this approach: the identical technological stack and structure for all services, ample opportunities for decentralization, independent deployment, and much more.

Napoleon IT разработал для UrgY Multiservicios мобильное приложение, решающее эту задачу. В дальнейшем продукт планируется развивать как мультисервисную платформу для Мексики.

In Mexico, there was a problem of finding qualified specialists for work. There was no service that would collect orders in one place and connect clients and service providers. Napoleon IT has developed a mobile application for UrgY Multiservicios that solves this problem. In future, the product is planned to be developed as a multi-service platform for Mexico.
