The key message we used in our videos went viral on social with #ЭтоНеНорм (It’s not a norm) hashtag. Microsoft brand team decided to keep comic positioning and our key message in upcoming campaigns. Brand continues to use created positioning and key message in 2017.

Situation on the market:
68% of Windows users were using Windows 7.
The main objective:
We needed to increase the number of up-to-date users, offering them brand new Windows 10.
The Problem: Old laptops do not support Windows 10 new key features such as touch, ink, hello, etc. In order to increase Windows 10 installs, we needed to convince target audience to buy new laptops.
Solution we found:
We pictured the new laptop as a "must have" for modern life and an attribute of easy living.
We created a series of comic ads, that show characters attached to old customs and behavioral patterns. Each advert showed how ignorant it is to reject useful devices or innovations while living in 2017.
