Task
We needed to create a Support section that would reduce customer requests to the support. Passengers and drivers should easily find answers to questions, and if necessary—contact Fasten operators.
Solution
Instead of a long list with typical situations, we created an interactive "Helper". It has 3 simple questions with answer options—3 clicks, and the user gets a detailed and understandable answer.
In addition to "Helper" we created a second tab with the most popular questions. It has the form of a structured list. Laconic icons and large typography help to find the answer immediately.
We also integrated the feedback form with Zendesk and Jira. The application quickly gets into the system, and in a few minutes the user calls the Fasten support.

The Support section on the Fasten site is not like typical FAQ pages. This is a simple and intuitive tool that helps drivers and passengers solve typical problems and find answers to all questions.
