Бизнес-задача и ее решение

Задача: заказчик долго вращался на рынке устных переводов и осознал его слабые места. Основываясь на накопленном опыте, он разработал новый тип современной и удобной онлайн-платформы для поиска устных переводчиков — Belingua: с умной системой подбора специалиста, личными кабинетами и инструментами коммуникации.

Решение: для переводчиков и заказчиков мы создали свои личные кабинеты. Заказчик заполняет форму для поиска специалиста под свою задачу (умная система подбора) или смотрит каталог переводчиков, создает заказ и размещает его на платформе. Переводчики заполняют свои анкеты, проходят верификацию и размещаются на платформе — там они видят заказы и могут откликаться на них. Вся коммуникация построена через личный кабинет: здесь видны статусы заказов, настроены уведомления. Здесь же регулируются финансовые вопросы и разногласия.


Objective: the customer has been around for a long time in the interpreting market and has realized its weaknesses. Based on this experience, he developed a new type of modern and convenient online platform for searching interpreters — Belingua: with a smart specialist selection system, personal dashboards and communication tools.

Solution: for translators and customers we have created personal accounts. The customer fills out a form to search for a specialist for his task (smart selection system) or looks at a catalog of translators, creates an order and places it on the platform. Translators fill out their questionnaires, undergo verification and are placed on the platform - there they see orders and can respond to them. All communication is built through personal account: here users can see the status of orders, configure notifications, regulate financial issues and disagreements.
