Our team faced a complex but exciting task — we had to relaunch a mobile app for Lukoil gas stations' clients in a really short period of time. We had to design a friendly interface and develop a brand new mobile app which would increase the number of users and sales.
The app gives access to the following features:
• Distant refill: pay for your fuel without leaving the car;
• Virtual loyalty card: get rid of the plastic cards and use your phone’s NFC or QR code;
• Promo codes and coupons: receive special offers and discounts;
We also did a lot of undercover work: backend development, push notification tracking, admin panels, employee training.

Lukoil already had an application, but it was lacking in terms of functionality, user interface, marketing abilities and was not sufficient for the purposes of the upcoming new loyalty program.
Our team:
•Provided market research, user interviews and analytics;
•Designed 400+ app screens;

•Developed additional layers of middleware, admin panels and marketing tools;
