Задача: создать платформу для проведения текущих и будущих технологических конкурсов для популяризации решений в области прорывных технологий

Решение:
1) создан сайт upgreat.one для аккумулирования информации по конкурсам
2) реализованы отдельные сайты для каждого конкурса city.upgreat.one, 1element.upgreat.one, icevision.upgreat.one
3) создана платформа для реализации сайтов будущих конкурсов upgreat.one/competitions/future-competitions/
