In January 2017 we moved to a new product for smartphones. The unlimited Internet was replaced by the package of personalized services: you have an abilty to separately choose minutes, gigabytes and unlimited Internet for favorite apps. It was necessary to change the logics of the services selection within the package.

We're standing for convenience. Our solutions are often unconventional, but they are backed by research, hypothesis and verification.
We've completely redesigned the navigation in the format of "one action — one screen", including new non-system buttons for easy connection. 


Достигнутые цели и KPI по итогам запуска

The increase of the number of subscriptions
The average time for a potential customer to combine the package and proceed to the order process is 30 seconds in total.
The number of subscriptions from the application increased qualitatively.

The reduction of the average time of use
The average time of staying in the application reduced to 30 seconds. During this time, our user manages to solve his issues.
