Task
We needed to create digital platform for Fasten and tell drivers, passengers, press and partners more about the company values and the benefits of the service.
Idea
Users want to find the information about the service quickly. Therefore, the concept is based on the minimalism and simplicity in everything—design, site structure, titles and texts.
Solution
The main value of Fasten—is people, so we made people the main characters of the website. We organized the photo-shootings of drivers in the US and put photos and videos with real stories on the website. We made the emphasis not only on the capabilities of the mobile app, but also on the needs of people. We plainly presented the information about the pricing, conditions and benefits of working with Fasten. We created training videos and a test on the driver’s page.
80% of the audience use smartphones to access the site, so we created an adaptive mobile version. The site functions equally flawlessly—on different platforms, in different browsers and at different screen resolutions.
