Renault Kaptur was aimed at Millenials. Millenials don’t trust traditional advertising and buy everything online. So instead of an ad, we created a new sales channel. In 2016 we launched the Online Showroom. The first-ever platform to sell new cars online. The online showroom was not only a new sales channel but a great way to show that Renault is a cutting-edge, innovative brand. A new sales tool became the core of communication for the launch of a new model. One year after launch Renault offers 5000+ unique car complectations and has brought 8000+ sales that - 10% of all Renault sales for the same period.
